Jose, 22, lives with his common law wife, Doris, 24, in Lowell, Mass. Both were born in Puerto Rico. They have three children together, Christopher, 7, Jessica, 4, and Natasha, 2. Jose contracted HIV in his late teens and has battled symptoms of AIDS for three years. Doris and the children are HIV negative.
